Marketing site analytics (kissend.com only)

When you visit our landing page, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, and referral source. This helps us understand how people find Kissend and improve the site. We do not use analytics data for advertising or to identify individual chat users. Information stored only on your device

If you enable PIN lock, theme preferences, or similar browser-only settings, that data is stored in your browser’s local storage. We do not receive or store your PIN.

5. Data retention

We retain account and message data while your account is active. Deleted messages may be removed from active storage according to our deletion features. We may retain limited logs for security and legal compliance for a reasonable period.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use a strong password and enable PIN lock on shared devices.
